Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 nos for stuffing making:. onions finelly chopped


  • 2 nos tomatoes finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp udupi ruchi chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce


  • 2-3 bowls for batter making :: rawa/suji


  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 nos eno packet


  • 1 1/2 cups glass or as required water for making batter


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil for greesing idli maker


  • 1 cups water for steaming idlis in idli maker

Directions

  • Take a bowl pour suji, soda, eno, salt, water and mix well
  • Till than we make our stuffing
  • Now take another bowl add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, all 3 soses and all spices mentioned above
  • Mix well
  • Now add this stuffing in our batter that we made in 1st step
  • Now take micro safe bowl add water at the bottom than grease the idli stand and pour batter in it
  • Now close the lid and micro it for 2 to 4 minutes on high till our idli gets ready
  • Now repeat this till the batter finishes
  • Your yummy sizzing stuffy rava idlis are ready
